MIKE BICKLE - FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PRAYER
There were over 300 “faith leaders” who supported Franklin Graham’s Special Day of Prayer for Pres. Trump. (https://www.facebook.com/notes/connie-schuetz-wright/special-day-of-prayer-june-2-2019/620410158462960/)
I am going to share a series of Facebook posts concerning the ecumenical outlook of some of these “faith leaders.” Many of these are part of the WOF and NAR and preach the false doctrines inherent in these systems so we already know we should not follow their ministries. The examples I will share in these posts, demonstrating their ecumenism, provide even more reasons to mark and avoid them. So many are leading their followers straight to Rome and, sadly, many of their adherents are oblivious to the dangers involved. The groundwork continues to be laid for the one world religion and the one world government, but the Lord says, “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues” (Rev. 18:4).
If you are unfamiliar with the dangers of ecumenism here is some information: (https://www.thenarrowpath.co.uk/ecumenism.html)

Now for the ecumenical examples -
Mike Bickle endorses a book entitled “Fire Within: St. Theresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, and the Gospel on Prayer,” and states, "I want this book to be the manual for IHOPKC." (https://store.ihopkc.org/products/25180) (Note: St. Theresa of Avila and St. John of the Cross are Catholic, contemplative mystics).
On p. 12, the book’s Catholic author, Thomas Dubay, quotes 1 Corinthians 2:9: “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
Then, incredibly, Dubay writes, “Once again, without the teachings of saints like Teresa and John we would be at a loss to suggest what Paul actually had in mind. This, no doubt, is why the mere biblical technician can say so little about ideas like this one. It is only in the perspective of what the mystics say of the culmination of contemplation on earth that we come to see in concrete terms what the apostle had in mind.” (Note: So, even though Paul’s words were inspired by the Holy Spirit, we need these Catholic mystics to convey what he actually meant? I think not!).
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
In this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-92gS4l1OeE) we hear Mike Bickle speaking to Keith Major, Catholic leader of the 2015 Onething Catholic Ecumenical Track at IHOP: (:39 mark)
“Well, we have so much to learn from all over the Body of Christ–Catholics, charismatics, non-charismatics, denominations, anyone who loves Jesus. That’s why we’re hosting an ecumenical track, or actually you’re the one leading it, and I so appreciate you doing that, because if you love Jesus and the Word of God, man, we’re going on the same direction together before the Lord, and we love that. Thank you.”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
At the same IHOP OneThing conference, held in December of 2015, Catholic musical artist, Matt Maher, spoke and led worship: (https://www.youtube.com/watch…)
At the 53:14 mark Maher says, “And, so here we are for such a time as this, in such a time as this, brothers and sisters, in the history of the church, standing on a threshold of a new era, a new age. In Catholic circles we talk about it; we call it the New Evangelization. We’ve spent twenty years trying to figure out what that is. Maybe, brothers and sisters, maybe what the New Evangelization is, is Christians of all denominations proclaiming the gospel together. Maybe that’s actually what the New Evangelization is. Because what makes it so new is we’ve never seen that before. That’s really new.”
(Note: A new age? Really? And, since Matt Maher, as a Catholic, believes Catholics are Christians, he thinks they would all be preaching the true, biblical gospel. However, Catholics can say Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He died for their sins all day long, but they have a different Jesus; one whose sacrifice was not sufficient. A Jesus who can be called down into a wafer by a priest; a Jesus who didn’t completely atone for sin but whose followers must partially pay for their sins in purgatory; a Jesus who shares His glory with Mary; these are all examples of another Jesus).
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Then, in June of 2016, Mike Bickle and several other leaders in the NAR met with Pope Francis. (https://www.charismanews.com/…/57751-mike-bickle-meets-with…)
Concerning the gathering, Bickle stated the following, “The meeting lasted a couple of hours. They gave us the opportunity to ask questions. The meeting was very warm and personal, I asked [the pope] about his views on the serious error and deception of universalism that claims that ‘all paths lead to God’ and other religions being saved without receiving the grace of God that only comes through Jesus. He assured me that he believes that Jesus is the only way of salvation.”
(Note: What Jesus, though? Catholics deny the sufficiency of Jesus’ death on the cross for mankind’s sins by their teachings concerning mass, indulgences and purgatory).

At this site (http://majorchange.org/onething#schedule) one will see the Catholic influence on the IHOP OneThing conference for 2017 again with its inclusion of a Catholic track featuring the following:
Praise and Worship time with modeling IHOP-KC's "Singing Lectio Divina" as a way of praying the Scriptures individually and in communal settings
Chanting Liturgy of the Hours
New Years' Mass and Adoration with Taize chants, Complete, Singing Lectio Divina and chanted Night Prayer plus Praise and Worship
Daily Mass is available at 12:15pm across the street (five-minute walk) at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Most of the main sessions and several workshops will be spent together with the other 20,000 young adults attending the conference.
Here is a good article about lectio divina for anyone unfamiliar with its dangers.

At the Major Change OneThing schedule link we also find this statement: “We are excited to bring the teaching and experience of the Charismatic and Mystical aspects of Catholic spirituality so profoundly carried throughout centuries, as well as broad infusion of creative aspect of Holy Spirit's inspiration in various free expressions of His charisms. We have not planned and we do not aim to make this Catholic Ecumenical Track at Onething yet another conference but a meetup of people who are sensing the call to risk it all for Love and who have an urgency to learn and share the ways of His supernatural leadership.”
