KENNETH & GLORIA COPELAND – KENNETH COPELAND MINISTRIES
There were over 300 “faith leaders” who supported Franklin Graham’s Special Day of Prayer for Pres. Trump. (https://www.facebook.com/notes/connie-schuetz-wright/special-day-of-prayer-june-2-2019/620410158462960/)
I am going to share a series of Facebook posts concerning the ecumenical outlook of some of these “faith leaders.” Many of these are part of the WOF and NAR and preach the false doctrines inherent in these systems so we already know we should not follow their ministries. The examples I will share in these posts, demonstrating their ecumenism, provide even more reasons to mark and avoid them. So many are leading their followers straight to Rome and, sadly, many of their adherents are oblivious to the dangers involved. The groundwork continues to be laid for the one world religion and the one world government, but the Lord says, “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues” (Rev. 18:4).
If you are unfamiliar with the dangers of ecumenism here is some information: (https://www.thenarrowpath.co.uk/ecumenism.html)
Kenneth Copeland preaches all the heretical Word of Faith doctrines. For more information concerning these false teachings please see this link: (https://www.thenarrowpath.co.uk/word-of-faith-heresy.html)

Now for the ecumenical examples:
In this blog (https://blog.kcm.org/kenneth-copeland-honors-bishop-tony-p…/), Kenneth Copeland relates the story of receiving a video greeting from Pope Francis and then an invitation to visit the Vatican.
“In January of this year, Tony (Bishop Tony Palmer, of the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches) brought a personal video greeting from Pope Francis to all of us during our annual Ministers’ Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uA4EPOfic5A&feature=youtu.be)
There, Tony was being THE BRIDGE. It was a marvelous and very anointed moment in all our lives.
Tony then returned to Rome with a video (both videos on his cell phone) from us to the pope. Pope Francis responded with a personal invitation to me and seven others: James and Betty Robison, Dr. Geoff Tunnicliffe, Dr. Brian Stiller, Thomas Schirrmacher and John and Carol Arnott. We all, hosted by Tony, had one of the most anointed and wonderful experiences of our lives. THE BRIDGE WAS BUILT, and we stood on it together in the glorious presence of a very pleased LORD and Savior. His powerful and heaven-commanded prayer in John 17:21 is finally coming to pass according to Ephesians 4:13.
John 17:21: That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
Ephesians 4:13: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.
The unity of the faith—not doctrines. Our doctrines differ. Our faith is in Jesus of Nazareth, Son of the living God!”
(Note: People must believe what God’s Word says about Jesus in order to have faith in Him. Catholics deny the sufficiency of Christ’s death on the cross so they have another Jesus. Those who follow Kenneth Copeland believe Jesus had to be born again (https://www.facebook.com/BND2012/videos/1798374000186556/). So neither group worships the true Jesus).

Then, in Oct. of 2017 Copeland was the headline speaker at Kairos 2017. This meeting was billed as an assertive joint effort of prayer and fasting by Catholics, Orthodox, Messianics and all other Christians, for the harvest for world evangelism. Other speakers were Mike Bickle (of Kansas City IHOP), Lou Engle (NAR Apostle), Gordon Robertson (son of Pat Robertson), Billy Wilson (of Oral Roberts University), John Arnott (pastor of Catch The Fire ministry, formerly known as the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship) and several Roman Catholics, including Archbishop Joseph Naumann, and Eastern Orthodox officials.
Kenneth Copeland published the following video announcing the event. Here are the highlights: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CwAfAA7Q2A) “Please put this date on your calendar, this year, October 24 through the 26, in Kansas City. The most important event that has to do with the outpouring; this mighty thing that has been loosed in the Kingdom of God in the earth. The most important thing that has happened in the body of Christ happened some years. The biggest church split in history was when the Catholic church split. You know the story; the beginning of the protesting church. Now you really stop and think about it. Among the people of love we’re called protesters. We’ve been protesting for 500 years, baby… October 31, 1999, representatives of the Catholic and the Lutheran churches gathered in Augsburg, Germany and signed a joint declaration on the subject of justification and so 500 years of arguments, misunderstandings, and sometimes wars began to give way to reconciliation and recognition of the gifts of the Holy Spirit as placed within the body of Christ. It ended…Let me just read you the main article out of this: ‘Together we confess: By grace alone, in faith in Christ's saving work and not because of any merit on our part, we are accepted by God and receive the Holy Spirit, who renews our hearts while equipping and calling us to good and His works.’…I am reading to you current Catholic doctrine… This is coming together in the unity of the faith… When that church split took place and that spirit of division sat down on his throne we’ve been dividing ever since. That’s the root of it right there. But, the day that they put their signatures on this and they prayed over this and they laid hands on this and worshipped God over this. Listen, this thing took five years to put together. There was a lot of prayer and there was a lot of crying out to God over this…I mean the spirit of God got that spirit of division by the throat and just slammed him down under our feet, praise God, and it’s up to us to keep him there.”
(Note: The Catholic church has not done away with mass; purgatory; or indulgences, the belief and practice of which would no longer be necessary if they truly adhered to justification by faith alone now. Therefore, this reconciliation is a charade. And, Copeland is basically saying Satan was behind the Protestant Reformation!)
